PGS-MN Networking Groups

PGS-MN members have expressed an interest in meeting with other members who have similar ancestral backgrounds, both in Poland and in Minnesota. 

As a result, we have established three networking groups (for members only), based on the MN areas where members currently live as well as the Missing Branches information (where members ancestors emigrated from in Poland and where they settled in MN). The three groups have each met several times this year and have been a great networking opportunity for those who have participated. All PGS-MN members are welcome to attend any of them. The next dates for the groups are:

NE Minneapolis – facilitated by Connie Waldherr
(primarily Minneapolis and Anoka County)
Next meeting is Monday, November 11, 2024 from 7-8:30 PM by Zoom (link will be sent to all PGS-MN members as the date approaches).

SE Minnesota – facilitated by Karen Brill
(primarily Winona and the Pine Creek, WI area)
Next meeting is Monday, November 18, 2024 from 7-8:30 PM by Zoom (zoom link will sent to all PGS-MN members as the date approaches)

Central Minnesota – facilitated by Mike Stodolka
(primarily Morrison, Benton, and Stearns Counties)
Next meeting is Tuesday, November 19, 2024 from 7-8:30 PM by Zoom (zoom link will be sent to all PGS-MN members as the date approaches)

We will consider additional groups once we evaluate the success of these three initial groups. Each group determined that their meetings will be held by zoom to provide the best access for all members.
