PGS-MN Networking Groups

PGS-MN members have expressed an interest in meeting with other members who have similar ancestral backgrounds, both in Poland and in Minnesota. 

As a result, we have established three networking groups (for members only), based on the MN areas where members currently live as well as the Missing Branches information (where members ancestors emigrated from in Poland and where they settled in MN). The three groups have each met twice this spring and have been a great networking opportunity for those who have participated. The groups are resuming this fall and the next dates are:

SE Minnesota – facilitated by Karen Brill
(primarily Winona and the Pine Creek, WI area)
Next meeting is Monday, September 9, 2024 from 7-8:30 PM by Zoom (link was sent to all members on September 6th)

NE Minneapolis – facilitated by Connie Waldherr
(primarily Minneapolis and Anoka County)
Next meeting is Monday, September 16, 2024 from 7-8:30 PM by Zoom (link was sent to all members on September 6th)

Central Minnesota – facilitated by Mike Stodolka
(primarily Morrison, Benton, and Stearns Counties)
Next meeting is Tuesday, September 17, 2024 from 7-8:30 PM by Zoom (link was sent to all members on September 6th)

We will consider additional groups once we evaluate the success of these three initial groups. Each group determined that their meetings will be held by zoom to provide the best access for all members.
