PGS-MN sends Easter wishes to our members, as well as to the members of the greater Polish community!
We would love to hear about your Polish family’s Easter traditions. Do you make Pisanki (Polish Easter Eggs)? What are your favorite Easter memories from your Polish family? Are there any traditional Polish foods that are a must at your Easter table? We would love to hear about them; please email them to pgsMinnesota@gmail.com and we’ll post the information in our members only area.
Speaking of food… if you are looking for any additions to your Easter table, check out the Polish Food Family History in the Members Only Area for current Polish recipes from our members.
PGS-MN has two program meetings remaining this Spring and then we’ll take a break for the summer. On April 3, we’ll host Bob Kraska where he’ll speak on his travels to Southern Poland in 2019. On May 1, Professor John Radzilowski will speak on Minnesota’s Polish History.
As a reminder, the Minnesota Genealogy Center and Hoffman Research Library, which holds PGS-MN’s library collection, is open but a reservation is required to visit during the pandemic. To sign up, visit www.mngs.org.
