 PGSMN Members’ Meetings

The Polish Genealogical Society of Minnesota offers several members’ meetings each spring and fall.  They are generally held on the first Saturday of the month, in the morning at the Minnesota Genealogy Society (MGS) library so attendees can stay and do research in the library after the meeting.  The meetings are open to the public and suggested donations are $2 ($5 non-member) to support the speakers fund.  The topics range from core genealogical topics to Polish culture and language topics of interest.

Please note that PGS-MN has moved with MGS to

1385 Mendota Heights Road

Mendota Heights, MN  55120

November 18th Meeting

12:00 – 02:00 pm
Dakota County Wescott Library
1340 Wescott Road
Eagan, MN
Please note change of date, time and location for November Meeting

PGS-MN Member Allan Woitaszewski will share a military family history story.  The story describes Allan’s efforts to find out about his great uncle Martin Roy who was killed in 1918 in Europe fighting in WWI but his body wasn’t returned to the U.S. until 1921.  Truly an interesting military story.
